Absolutely! Support is provided via a messaging system from the vendor's profile. We ask our vendors to respond to all support tickets within 24 hours. As support is provided directly by the store vendors, there's no one better placed to help with your queries.
We ask all of our vendors to provide updates to comply with the latest version WordPress. We also recommend using at least PHP v5.6 to ensure your site runs as smoothly and securely as possible.
All of the products on WaaS.STORE are available in .zip format. If you do decide to purchase you'll have immediate access to the members area from where you can download your files. Typically you can install the files directly from within your WordPress admin area or via FTP. 
We currently complete all of our payments via PayPal. This allows for purchases either using a PayPal account or using credit / debit card.
